On-site for leadership, energy, and creative alignment.
Remote for efficiency, focus, and delivery.
 

Based in Vienna and Lower Austria, active across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
Available for long-term positions with room to shape and lead.

THE’s Salary Range

​

Target compensation starting at €75,000 gross per year, depending on scope of responsibility, team size, and company structure.
Open to senior and head-level positions with clear brand and design ownership.
 

Not a fantasy number – a realistic market value at leadership level.
